A $6B mixed-use mega-development led by Sterling Bay, located on a 53–55 acre site along the North Branch of the Chicago River between the Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) with landscape input from Field Operations, the project is a major component of Chicago’s North Branch Framework Plan.
